Our Purpose
The Village Foundation is a not-for-profit local organization dedicated to the development of children and youth in Nebraska and western Iowa. The foundation is new (founded in 2002) and provides a limited number of funds for special activity scholarships for youth, materials and equipment for teachers of youth, and free books for young people age 18 and under.
The Village Foundation offers program scholarships for young people interested in participating in a training/education program that will enhance their skills in one of the following categories:
- Athletics/Sports
- Music
- Drama
- Fine Arts
- Academics
If you would like to attend such a program but do not have the needed financial resources, you are invited to apply. Awards are available to a limited number of applicants. To apply, please fill out our online application, or request one be sent to your home. Attach or mail one or more recommendations from teachers, coaches or sponsoring adults to the address below.
