Applying for Assistance Applications to The Village Foundation will be judged on three components: need for funding, applicant's perceived ability to be successful in achieving the desired benefits of the activity, and the desire and sincerity of the applicant as expressed in the application and recommendations. Notification of scholarships will be made via the Contact Person to whom the money will be sent. All decisions are final. To apply, please fill out this form and we will receive your submission by email. You may also apply by requesting a paper form by mail (see the Request Information page). Also, please mail one or more recommendations from teachers, coaches or sponsoring adults to the address at the bottom of this page.
